- Returns are simple too. If you choose to return for a refund, we'll give you a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus an $8.99 per item for the return label.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, and in the original packaging.).

- Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
- Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order

- Go to the website and click on Easy Return under customer service in the bottom section of our website page , Log in to your account using your email address and order number.
- Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return or exchange
- Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the ‘Return Checked Item’ box.
- Confirm that your refund will go back to your original form of payment.
- Pack all the returned items and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
- 2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package.
- 3. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and another email when a refund is issued.
- You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location, but please do not drop your return off at a drop box. Find the UPS Service Center nearest to you.
- It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Birkenstock Plus warehouse . Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days minus $8.99 per item return label cost if applied. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

- Unworn merchandise can be returned or exchanged at Birkenstock Plus store, regardless of whether the original purchase was made in store or online, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must not have been worn.
- You must bring your receipt, original packaging and the original payment form if the item was purchased by credit card.
- Items returned without presenting an original invoice or receipt will be refunded through a Birkenstock Plus merchandise credit equivalent to the current sale price of the products in question.
- If the purchase was paid for by a Birkenstock Plus Rewards certificate, only the purchase price of the item in question will be refunded.
